THE 411
1 - The Trucks are available for booking during two periods lunch and evening. (Trucks usually arrive 45 mins to 1 hour prior to service)
2 - Truck Food & Beverage Minimum
$500 per hour (minimum 3 hours) for most events within normal operating hours
3 - For events longer than three hours and/or do not start at our typical serving times, the food & beverage minimum may vary. Event price is subject to change based on end times, additional hours, additional guests & location.
FUN FACT: Before we even arrive to you, we’ve been prepping, cleaning and driving, for a few hours to ensure your event is perfect, so the reality is you are booking us for 5-6 hours.
